ID Camp is all about getting a peak into the DBU Volleyball Experience! This camp is an ID (identification) camp for athletes who may be interested in DBU Volleyball and an opportunity to learn more about the program and be seen by the DBU staff in a closer setting. The camp will be led by the DBU Coaching staff and players. It will be split into an on-court session and an off-court session. All campers will experience both!
► During the on-court session, campers will experience the same drills and training style of a DBU Volleyball practice for 90 minutes.
► During the off-court session, campers will experience vertical training and testing with DBU strength/conditioning coaches, a culture session with DBU coaches and players, and a campus tour. Q&A session with DBU Coaching staff and players.
Athletes will be split into two groups based on different age/experience. This will allow for the most competitive and overall best experience for each camper.
